    Oakley Ct, Columbus GA

    2023 | Full Building Project

    The Oakley Court project involved the ground-up construction of a 16-unit apartment building. Each unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with each apartment covering 789 square feet, totaling 12,804 square feet for the entire building. Completed in just 9 months, this project provided high-quality rental housing, designed for comfort and modern living.

  • North Limestone Street, Gaffney SC

    2023 | Nursing Home Upfit

    This extensive 18-month renovation transformed the fourth floor of a nursing home, converting 13 one-bedroom apartments into 7 shared rooms and 23 private rooms, resulting in 37 beds and 22 bathrooms. Spanning 15,075 square feet with 325 linear feet of hallway, this high-end commercial project elevated the facility's standards, offering luxurious and functional spaces for residents.

  • Glen Iris Drive, Ponce City GA

    2023 | Loft Conversion

    Completed in 2021, the Glen Iris project involved converting a 980 square-foot commercial condo into a short-term overnight rental loft. The six-month project resulted in a stylish and functional space featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With mid-high grade finishes, this loft offers a cozy and modern stay for travelers in Ponce City, providing comfort and convenience with modern amenities and high-quality details.

    2023 | Duplex Investment Remodel

If clients have their own interior design team, we will work together with them to bring your vision to life.

  • Our phone consultations are complimentary. We offer them as an opportunity to to discuss your project goals and explore how we can assist you. For an in-person walk-through to assess your space and provide personalized recommendations, we charge a fee of $500 that will be applied towards your project, should you choose to go ahead.

  • We begin our journey together with an initial consultation to understand your project goals, timeline, and budget. Following this, if needed, we conduct a site visit to assess the space and provide a detailed proposal and estimate tailored to your needs. Once approved, we work closely with you on finalizing the design and planning details. Our experienced craftsmen then commence construction, providing regular updates and maintaining open communication throughout. Upon completion, we conduct a final inspection, ensuring everything meets our standards and your expectations. With the project finished, we offer a warranty to remain available for ongoing support and assistance, ensuring your satisfaction for years to come.
